Raul Grijalva of Arizona is endorsing Barack Obama after earlier backing John Edwards in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. Grijalva cited Obama's electability and his intention to "fundamentally change the rules of the game" in Washington, according to a statement obtained by The Associated Press in advance of a planned Tuesday conference call with reporters.

Good news about Raul Grijalva! (2.00 / 4) I am not normally surprised when I see anyone endorsing John Edwards. IMO, he is far and away the best candidate. I WAS surprised (and happy), though, to see Raul Grijalva on this list! I thought he would go with fellow westerner Richardson. This endorsement is very promising for those critical red/purple western states in both the primary and the general.
